Your Context is Always Changing
One of the most underrated things in change implementation is that as soon as you start making changes your context changes.
Sometimes the impact is immediate. Sometimes it’s delayed. But it will happen.
Stop using Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V
Copy paste cannot be applied in systems.
Well not in complex, multi-minded systems (eww, technical talk).
What do I mean?
All systems are not equal. They have been divided up in several different ways by various disciplines but to keep it simple here lets look at three types of systems:
It all starts with a relationship.
The relational model of heathcare / health communication, draws on systems theory and argues that all actions have a ripple effect; we can no longer think action and reaction but rather we must understand the complexity of feedback, secondary effects and power.
Technology is taking over – but are we really getting the best from it?

Don’t bring me your solutions - bring me your problems
As, leaders and managers sit in a position of privilege and oversight. We have the ability to connect the dots, see connections in the system, and see interdependencies that others might not be able to see. Not jump in to simply ease the discomfort of others (or our own!).
